Request deletion without the app

You can submit a TINY GAP deletion request by email to hello@dingco.net even if you no longer have the app. You do not need to open, reinstall or sign in to the app merely to send a request.

If available, include your public Player alias or an existing TINY GAP share URL. Platform and approximate UTC participation dates are optional. These are record locators only: a public alias or sender email does not prove ownership. Never email private participant credentials, tokens or run tickets.

We review the request and explain how to confirm ownership. If you can still open the original app, we may ask you to confirm there. App access is not required merely to submit the email. If the sole device-held credential was lost and no alternative server-bound proof can be established, we may be unable to identify the right identity or verify ownership. We cannot promise deletion of every claimed record, and email is not an account-recovery feature.

After ownership and completion are confirmed, deletion covers the first-party competition identity and available owned rankings, runs/journals, reward-verification references and public shares. It does not itself erase local course/skin/achievement progress, already exported copies or historical data accepted by ad/analytics providers. Separately identifiable provider-data requests can be raised in the same email.

Normal retention is separate from a completed deletion: registration lasts until deletion or security cleanup; boards/shares expire 30 days after their UTC day begins; run/journal/grant/transaction data expires 24 hours after ticket creation. The local completed-run outbox lasts at most 15 minutes. Registration does not automatically expire after 30 days. A timeout or error is not deletion confirmation.

Contact Dingcolabs at hello@dingco.net or the developer contact on the actual store listing. Include your device model, OS version, TINY GAP version, UTC date and a screenshot when useful. Never send a private participant token or run ticket.

Offline or pending record

Practice stays available without a connection. A completed official attempt can retry for up to 15 minutes while its signed ticket is valid. A rewarded bonus may remain pending until server-side verification; the app does not invent a rank.

Delete participation

Settings → Participation → Delete identity and public records. A connection is required to confirm server deletion. A timeout or error is not deletion confirmation. Deleting participation or withdrawing analytics does not erase data already accepted by SDK providers; contact Dingcolabs about previously processed data. Local course, skin and achievement progress stays separate. Already exported copies or screenshots cannot be retracted. Resetting app data loses the anonymous credential, so use in-app deletion first when possible.

Automatic service and consent requests

The app can request daily-challenge information before you choose participation or analytics; the service applies security rate limits to these requests. On iOS, the consent tool also refreshes information at launch; Android requests it in the ad or ad-privacy flow. See Privacy and participation for automatic service security, consent information, data and retention details.

Audience and choices

TINY GAP is intended for a general casual audience aged 16 or older. This version does not enforce a game-wide age gate. The separate 16+ confirmation controls optional analytics only; it does not verify age. The G ad-content limit describes ad content, not the user’s age.

Optional analytics

Only users who confirm they are 16 or older may enable optional usage analytics. Settings opens the same unchecked eligibility choice before enabling it. Withdrawal stops future and pending analytics and clears local analytics IDs and queues; it does not delete data already accepted by the provider. No birth date is requested. Declining or closing the choice leaves the full game and rankings available.

Controls

Drag on the board before launch and release to shoot. After launch, drag to move the paddle. Footer items have finite charges; Auto aim helps one shot or contact. Pause, menus, background time, ads and hint planning do not consume the daily clock.
